ASB 2021 Virtual Meeting Schedule
We are excited to bring you ASB's first ever virtual Annual Meeting, to be held this March 24-26, 2021! The ASB Executive Committee has been hard at work to transition our traditional meeting schedule into a virtual format. At the links below you will find files containing a tentative Meeting-at-a-Glance and a tentative Presentation Schedule for the annual meeting. Included within the schedule are also our panel sessions, workshops, symposia, social event, and more. Remember, you must be registered for the annual conference in order present or attend any of the events in our annual meeting.
Registration for ASB 2021 (Registraton is now closed)

Due to the move to a virtual meeting in 2021, we will be offering much lower registration rates than in previous years. We are also reducing the number of registration categories for 2021. Rates are provided at a flat rate for Professionals or Students regardless of membership status. Opportunities to purchase or renew ASB membership will be offered during the registration process.

Virtual Presentation Format at ASB 2021
|
Participants at this year's conference can present oral or poster presentations, each in a virtual format. To better understand the difference between virtual oral and poster presentations, please view the video next to this text.
All oral and poster presentations will be pre-recorded by presenters and posted to the conference website for viewing by all registered members. Oral presenters will have the ability to participate in a live, moderated Q&A session. Poster presenters will have the ability to address questions from meeting participants through a chat feature built into the conference software. Presentations must be uploaded to the conference software by February 24, 2021. Instructions for uploading presentations are available in your abstract acceptance letter. Abstract acceptance emails were sent out the week of February 3, 2021. If you have not received an acceptance letter, please email us at [email protected]. |

ASB Virtual Roll Call Video
|
For our first virtual meeting we would like you to help us make a "Virtual Roll Call Video", featuring welcomes from the institutions participating in this year's ASB meeting. We invite you to submit a short video (less than 30 seconds) from your institution or lab with a message for this year's meeting attendees. This Virtual Roll Call video will be able to be viewed during the annual meeting in March.
